You can ask any question about health and we will reply within three working days (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

We can answer questions about:

We cannot answer questions if:

# You are unwell and have symptoms
# You or the person the enquiry is about live outside of the UK

The NHS Direct Wales website information service is intended for health information enquiries only. Skilled health information advisers will attempt to answer your enquiry within three working days.
